2, LCP is meaning in a closed fluid circulation device, through the power generated by the pump, push the fluid circled in the closed system, absorb the heat from the heat source, through the circulation of the liquid to take the heat to the more big exchanger device and cool it down, then cooled liquid will flow back to the channel, continuously recycled in the system.
3, Smart cool design team will do the thermal simulation and work out the flow channel based on the customer’s system condition, make the customized LCP per each customer individual requirement; as for the manufacturing process, smart cool can provide the friction welding, brazing, and buried pipe technique. To keep the flatness of the heat source contact, will machine the surface by CNC to keep the better interface of the LCP, reduce the contact thermal resistance. Before the shipment, we will do 100% checking and testing for the leaking to eliminate the big danger.
